“I am writing today to highlight the great service my husband and I received from your company. After meeting several vendors at the Home and Garden show, we selected three to interview for bidding out our A/C unit for our home. We were very impressed with our sales representative, Reed, and above all others, liked the service model we were pitched (24 hour service support and service guarantee) not to mention he appeared to be knowledgeable and was competitively priced. My husband met with him and was most comfortable with him overall. Reed had good follow up and we were happy to select Premier for the job. Aside from the upfront interaction with sales, we were most impressed with the installation and follow up. On the day of installation, the team showed up timely and were professional. The two men were diligent and very conscious of details. My husband was impressed with them. Throughout the duration of the install, the sales rep stopped by to check in and ensure that everything was going well, as did the owner, which we were both very impressed with. It isn’t everyday you have a company follow up this way. After the install, the head installation guy also stopped by to check their work, make sure everything was in order and working properly and made sure that we knew how to use the new electronic thermostat they had installed. To sum it up, we were both taken back at the level of service and amount of double checking that occurred throughout the installation. I am not sure if this happens with every client, but my husband and I were so impressed with the service that we have told two other couples about your company so far. To top it off, I am 8 months pregnant this summer and the A/C has been a life-saver! It works great, thanks to Premier!”
